We can work with you right from the initial stages to curate a bespoke design that perfectly encapsulates the look that you’re going for.

This can be just for invitations, or for the entirety of your wedding design and printed products, and does work out more cost effective for you if you are looking at this. However if you’re just looking at on the day stationery, or invitations separately we can accommodate this for you. The initial bespoke artwork generation charge is £90 and this gets you a fully realised initial concept design flat lay that will bring together all the designed elements of your individual concept. With all bespoke orders too, we also offer unlimited revisions to make sure that you end up being 100% happy with your design. As with the design previews above in this brochure, we’ll lay out your design in full so you can see how it all works together. This is usually enough for couples to get the full visual impact of their invitations, and then seeing them in person upon delivery or collection is that added extra special surprise. However if you would like a physical printed personalised proof before you move forward with your concept, this can be arranged at an additional £25 added to your artwork charge.

How to prep for a bespoke order…

Ideas…Ideas…Ideas! The more visual inspiration that you’ve been able to bring together the better. Whether you’re a screen-shotting queen, a Pinterest maven, or a scrapbooker…send us over what you have. Even if you’re starting with an initial vibe, and you can kind of describe what you want the feel of your day to be like, and possibly an inkling of a colour palette, we can start there.

If you can start to do some stationery specific searching, just so that you can get an idea of what finer details that you like and would like incorporated into your designs, this will all help bring together your vision and speed up the process of getting you an accurate costing together following your initial concept stage. Have a think about some of your none negotiable-s. Don’t want to have to hand write your postal envelopes? Add Guest address printing. Like the idea of a wax seal in your design? Add an illustrated graphic, or monogrammed wax seal into the invitation, or use as envelope sealers. Want envelope liners…GO FOR IT! Any of the little extra special details that you’ve fallen in love with on your wedding planning travels, let us know and we can integrate them into the concept for you.

Have a think about your numbers! Start to draw up your possible guest list. Remember to do this on a household basis as you will not need save the dates, and invitations to be sent to every guest on your list. You will only need one per household. This sometimes trips couples up, thinking that they need to spend double on their invitations and stationery unnecessarily. You’ll only need things like favours, and place cards for each guest for your on the day stationery.
